This 7" single features a Richard O'Brien solo version of the title track from the 1981 film Shock Treatment, with Little Nell providing backing vocals (uncredited). This version can be heard playing during the end credits of the movie. The B-side track is "Overture" (an instrumental) from the original soundtrack. The picture sleeve is basically the same as the front cover of the soundtrack LP, with the Cosmo image mirrored, the "Home of Happiness" logo removed, and a Richard O'Brien pseudo-signature added.
