If you look at certain other forums (like RockyHorror.com or TimeWarp UK), you may have seen some spam for the 'Time Warp 2007' remix of the 1973 London Cast awhile back. Supposedly, it was "destined to be one of the Christmas and New Year party hits of the season, NOBODY will be able to resist it". In actuality, it seemed to be universally condemned on both forums as a smoking turd of a remix (and I tend to agree). In any case, it's been online for awhile from Jonathan King's new web sites:

http://www.wedontdoalbums.com/
http://www.wedontdosingles.com/

The entire 1973 London Cast album (which Jonathan King produced, and still has the rights to) plus the 'Time Warp 2007' remix is available there for GBP 8.00, or individual tracks are GBP 0.79. They do at least sell them in a nice digital format, as unrestricted 320kbps MP3s (i.e. the highest quality MP3s possible).

At any rate, it seems that this remix is now being released on physical CDs as well. The "Timewarp 2007" CD single was recently spotted on Amazon.co.uk, as was the "Let's Do the Time Warp Again" CD which just seems to be the 1973 London Cast once again plus the 'Timewarp 2007' remix track. They're also both listed on CDUniverse.com.

Be warned that there is almost certainly nothing different about this "Let's Do The Time Warp Again" CD (from other 1973 London Cast CDs) other than the cover art and the remix track. Apparently Jonathan King needs some more cash to help pay for all the lawyers involved in his ongoing appeals against the various sexual abuse and assault charges he's been fighting since late 2000...

Yea, this remix is god awful. This coming from someone who LOVES house music (or "techno" as most people seem to like to call it)

I could have done a much better job remixing it! There is no way any DJ in his right mind (house, wedding or other) would play this crap. This makes the Time Warp two thousand single seem like a masterpiece.

It sounds like "Copacabana". And Richard sounds like he was singing through a telephone.
