This U.S. budget reissue of the Original 1974 Australian Cast was released by Elephant Records a year after the Festival Records LP. Assumedly to reduce costs, it got rid of the gatefold that was present in the original release (with song lyrics and performance photos) and moved the credits to the back cover. Since it was the first Rocky Horror Show production outside of the U.S. and U.K., much of the original creative team was used with this cast: director Jim Sharman, designer Brian Thomson, and costumer Sue Blane.
