This recording includes three cover versions of songs from Spanish language musicals previously translated and produced by Julissa, mother of Timbiriche band member Benny Ibarra. One of these songs was Baile Del Sapo, a version of The Time Warp created for Julissa's 1976 production of El Show De Terror De Rocky. "La Banda Timbiriche: En Concierto" was originally released on LP by Melody Internacional in 1983, and sold over 450,000 copies in Mexico. It was later reissued on this CD by Universal Music Mexico. For further information, refer to the overall album notes.
