This is a 7" single, and was Little Nell's second (following up The Musical World of Little Nell). With this single, Little Nell joins the legions of other singers (including the likes of Madonna) to remake the classic 'Fever'. As you can probably tell from the listings in the General Information section above, there are MANY different releases of this single. Most of the releases are pretty straightforward, with 'See You Round Like A Record' as a B-side to 'Fever'. The main release (AMS 7374) is like this, and was released on both yellow and black vinyl. But there are a couple of more interesting releases. First and foremost is the Fever Promotional Kit (AMSP 7374), which came in a leopard print box with a flick book of Nell dancing around (kind of like on the back cover), a button badge, and the actual 7" 'Fever' single on yellow vinyl. The other "interesting" release is a promotional single (#2183) which does not include 'See You Round Like A Record' at all, instead backing the stereo version of 'Fever' with a mono version of the exact same song. Note however that only the main release (AMS 7374) and the promo kit (AMSP 7374) include the picture sleeve that is shown at the top of this page.
Both 'Fever' and 'See You Round Like A Record' were released as part of the Songs from the Vaults CD in the 15th Anniversary Box Set. There is however a remix of 'Fever' that is about two minutes longer, from the 12" 'Fever' single, that has never been released on CD. Neither has the mono version of 'Fever' from the promotional 7" single (#2183). Another interesting thing to note is that (as with her previous single, The Musical World of Little Nell) this single was put together by two of the same people that helped to create the original Rocky Horror Show: Richard Hartley and Brian Thomson. They are both credited with producing this single and writing 'See You Round Like A Record'. Phil Chapman was added as a producer for this single, and Little Nell herself is also credited with helping to write 'See You Round Like A Record' (as Nell Campbell).
