I'm not sure exactly when I drew this, it was never written down anywhere. I do know what I was feeling to make me put this kind of thing to paper. Feelings of being strangled by authority, and being at the wrong end of someone's power-trip is what brought out this bizarre/disturbing image. Unedited pencil sketch. Mid 1999.
