This silly cartoon was the result of Crazed Imaginations asking me to draw some things for them using the theme "Rocky Horror at the Beach." I took a little pre-beach comical peek at Janet and Columbia. The latest controversy concerning "thong" bathing suits being worn in public areas just added creative fuel to this sketch.
