This was a simple case of Crazed Imaginations asking for Rocky Horror character popping out of a cake for a birthday issue. So here it is! It was great fun trying to come up with how the different characters would act at a party. Frank is obviously peeved because Janet is stealing the attention of everyone, including Rocky! Of course Brad upon seeing Janet "like that" is thoroughly shocked. Then Columbia, the playful spirit she is, is playing a nice RH style parlor game.
